This application permits the travel agencies to request, from Agos, financing for the travel practice of a client, directly online with numerous advantages:

• reduction of telephone waiting time;
• the possibility of carrying out the request for financing in context with the booking;
• the possibility of recalling all booking data avoiding the necessity of reinserting the travel and passenger data;

The system allows the visualisation of the practice in course, as well as the searching of a previously completed practice inserted into the management system

and to associate to each passenger a finance request avoiding long waiting by telephone.

The system automatically connects to the Agos system for the insertion of all data necessary for the request.



In a short time the agency and the Tour Operator receive an e-mail with confirmation of acceptance (when the practice is approved). If rejected, the practice is placed on option for 24 hours awaiting travel confirmation by the agency or automatic cancellation without fees. The agency may, thus, confirm the practice held on option and refuse financing. Agos may request further documentation direct from the agency, necessary to verify the request for finance. These requests are visible as “Messages” associated with finance requests. The original documents must always be sent to the Tour Operator to be able to proceed with the sending of the travel documents.

One of the following replies may be assigned to a finance request:

1. Practice not sent: the finance request has not been sent to Agos, for example due to invalid data;
2. Practice awaiting reply: the finance request is being evaluated by Agos;
3. Practice financing not possible: the finance request cannot be accepted;
4. Practice approved: the finance request has been approved by Agos, thus, financing is possible;
5. Practice withdrawn: the finance request has been withdrawn by the agency.

According to the status of the finance request the agency may carry out various actions (withdraw practice, visualise messages, print finance contract).
